What is your ideal offseason for the Bobcats?

Mine would be something along the lines of;

Draft Andrew Bogut #1
Draft Rodney Carney #17
Sign Joe Johnson or Larry Hughes, for whatever
Add some frontcourt depth for a small price -- Madsen? Haslem?

Brevin Knight/Jason Hart
Joe Johnson (Larry Hughes)/Kareem Rush
Gerald Wallace/Rodney Carney -- Unless Carney proves himself
Emeka Okafor/Malik Allen
Primoz Brezec/Melvin Ely

Thats a playoff team

And a little spinoff -- is it possible that we sign Joe Johnson or Larry Hughes?

Obviously getting Bogut is and should be our first priority.

Develop Jack, cause Knight won't be staying for too long. Simmons will likely sign for less IMO, just so he can get out of the Clippers organization. Each position has a quality backup player, and with an even deeper bench, who knows how far we would go As far as Joe Johnson I heard the Suns are willing to offer whatever it takes to re-ign him, doesn't mean he wants to go back but thats what i heard.

Another possibility IMO is to get Vladimir Radmanovic (if Joe Johnson or Larry Hughes aren't available) and then draft a SG along with Bogut. Vladimir would really breakout here and his 3 point shooting would prove to be great with Ozkafor's in the paint

Alan Henderson -- I hope he stays at the Mavericks, but woulld be nice here
Ryan Humphrey -- Very underrated, nice defender, rebounder
Udonis Haslem -- If we can get him, but why would he want to come here
Marcus Fizer -- I like this one, I wonder why we didn't keep him, great rebounder
Mark Madsen -- Hustle baby
Reggie Evans -- Very good, could backup both post positions and is tough defensivly
