Is there any chance we would draft a foreign player with our picks? We've been said to have a great set of international scouts, and within the next couple of years a Top 5 team scouting foreign potential. Has nayone seen some of these players play?

Kevin Garnett: “Okafor is having a great year. He’s strong, a very good rebounder and active around the basket. He’s playing like an animal right now.”
Dirk Nowitzki: “He is playing phenomenal and he comes to play every night. He is going to be a dominant player is this league.”

The only one I would consider, would be Rudy Fernandez with Clevelands pick. Seems like a good offensive SG who knows the game

I've seen most of internationals, and none of the players that will declare isn't worth a top5 pick... Andriuskevicious and Aleksandrov are the only one I would draft with a top-5 if I had a chance- but he won't declare...
Theo mentioned Clevelands pick- I don't know what's up with that, but if that means Bobcats would have a mid-first round pick, than definately pick Roko Ukic - he will declare and he is actually damn good...
