Ray Allen

Is there any chance for Bobcats to sign him?

Re: Ray Allen

Not at all. He wants too much and I think the last thing he would want is to be on a expansion team at this stage of his career.

Re: Ray Allen

Ray's salary demands will probably not be met and I am still believing that he will re-sign with the Sonics. Now he is a team leader on a team that is playing well and rebuilding for the future. I do not expect that he will sign with a team that is not a playoff contender next season.

Re: Ray Allen

No. Bickerstaff has said he wants to hold off on any type of major move until their third offseason, when they get full control of the salary cap. Right now, I think they only have 2/3s of the salary cap every other team does.

And plus Allen's not going to leave the Sonics for the Bobcats. Money talks, but goodness, it doesn't say that much.

Re: Ray Allen

Allen and Redd will not be signing with the Bobcats. As much as I would like to see it, I don't think it could happen yet. In due time though, players will want to come to the Bobcats. The draft is still the best bet for now though.
