brezec this season
Hi,
I would like to ask you fans, how are you satisfied with Primoz so far and what do you expect of him next season? Will he improve his (great) statistics?
What do you think he could improve in his game?
I'm not Bobcats fan, but I wish you good season. bye

Re: brezec this season
Well hopefully his rebounding numbers will improve to a more respectable number for a center of his height. Last season was his first real NBA season, so there is no reason to not assume that he will improve this year. I'd like to see him at around 15 ppg and 9 rpg and 1.5 bpg. That sounds reasonable.

Why do people do that?
A player is a player you can only have five out at a time. Don't judge him by his height judge him by comparing him to other players.
Back on subject though, this kid likes to score, he tries harder to get offensive rebounds than defensive ones. I don't see his rebounding improving much next season.

Hey, I'm not knocking Brezec, I love the guy. And I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a center of his height to get boards, that just comes with the territory.

Anyways, I expect Brezec to have about the same kind of season as he did last year. Sean May will cut into his playing time though, so his numbers could possibly drop down a little, depending on May's effectiveness.

Re: brezec this season
I'd say he stays about the same, with maybe a modest increase in numbers.

Re: brezec this season
Brezec is already playing some preparation games before european championship...
scored 16 vs. Finland, 11 in the second game vs. Finland, 14 against Lithuania and 16 vs. Serbia&Montenegro (Krstic 8, Milicic 9 in case somebody is interested)
I can't find th rebounding stats... but so far Brezec looks much better this season than he looked in the previous one...

Re: brezec this season
I see Brezec's numbers actually decreasing from what they were last year, because I think May is just too good of a player to sit on the bench; on a 2nd year expansion team.
