Jack will be a solid PG, but Felton is a star in the making. Although another lottery pick in a loaded 2007 draft class is enticing.

I would trade Okafor straight up for Randolph,but I don't really like either of them right now.Randolph puts up nice numbers,but he doesn't really impact the game the way a player at his pay scale should.If Okafor could actually get out on the court he'd be ten times better on defense.I like Jarret Jack,but there's no way you can trade Felton.If the Cats are fortunate Felton will turn into the type of player that can really impact the wins and losses.All he needs to do right now is cut down on the mistakes and be more consistent.

Randolph makes way too much for the Bobcats to want to take his contract. I think they'd rather get the full cap room and sign some marquee free agents.

Not a chance.
I'm not sure injury isn't going to mess up Okafor's career (see: Jonathan Bender), but he's certainly got more potential than Randolph, who's topped out as high as he'll ever go.
And you must be joking with the "Felton for Jack" bit. That's so far out of the realm of possibility it's funny in a shocking sort of way...as in, "Did somebody really ask that?"

That trade doesn't even work under the cap I don't think NOR WOULD CHARLOTTE WANT IT TO because Randolph is overpayed.
