Two weeks ago I was convinced we were going to go with the
Felton/J-Rich/Gerald/Fabio/Emeka lineup. But now it seems Vincent just doesn't want to play Okafor at the 5 or pair him with a weak defender like Herrmann. So what do you think the lineup will end up being

We are almost forced to start Primoz at the beginning of the season.You pray that he can be productive and stay out of foul trouble,if it doesn't work out then you try something else.I just don't like the idea of starting three wings even if Fabio is a significantly more productive player than Primoz.

Honestly I don't see what the long term plan for this team is.We don't have a competitive roster now and we don't have much potential for improvement in the players on that roster.It looks like a dead end unless you're counting on picking up a real impact FA next offseason.

With our personnel I'd like to see us go small and play a high tempo offense.

I'm really starting to wonder if we're not going to trade Hermann.He's hardly played in the preseason and he represents one of the few assets we have that we could both hope to get something in return for and perhaps live without.Hermann isn't really able to defend at the four(Gerald would obviously have to do this if you played small).You know our FO is going to be giving Morrison every chance to show that they didn't commit an all-time worst screw up by drafting him so high and we really have more depth than we need at the wings.So far Vincent has only been playing Fabio a few minutes mostly at the end of the game when the starters are on the bench.It seems weird,especially since Richardson hasn't been available.

What I don't know is if anyone would give up anyone who could really help us in return for Walter.He was a great scorer and a good rebounder at the end of last season,but he only did that for a couple of months and he's not a young player.He could help a team that was close now,but I doubt anyone will give up the big man or reserve point guard that we need in return for him.
