Waiting on Vinny
Fox said the staff would wait until practice resumes Wednesday to evaluate whether Vinny Testaverde would remain the starting quarterback. Fox didn't sound like he was leaning toward backup Matt Moore, a rookie.

Seems dumb, I can understand not playing Moore, but we need to find out if D Williams is the answer at RB because Foster is definitly not. But somehow Williams is unable to find his way into the game
