Bickerstaff was a lot better than Vincent.He deserved to be fired as a GM,especially if he's really the one making the picks.As a coach the team always played hard for him and the team improved despite the lack of talent.This team has been confused most of the year and Vincent's weird lineups were inexcuseable.McInnis should never have played one second more than the absolute minimum and he should have never played the point instead of Raymond.There's no excuse for that stupidity.

^^ Well the Bobcats planned to be in rebuild mode this year, and so that was just an approved coaching 'experiment', it didnt work through the time limit requested, so he was cut.

Everything I saw, comments from Felton, Vincent, etc., said that us missing the playoffs meant this season was a failure. We were obbvisouly set up wrong so it's not all their fault but we weren't in rebuild mode. We were definitely gunnin for the playoffs, we just didnt have the right team
