It would be nice to get Wade. Maybe Gar is looking to having 3 players from Chicago on this team in Rose, Wade, and E. Curry similar to the 3 UConn Huskies on Detroit? JK

I was naming those 3 as possible centerpieces to a trade; not necessarily all 3 in the same trade (which wouldn't work under the cap anyways).
Most likely, it would have to be something like Noah + Salmons + Tim Thomas's expiring (this adds to $12M or so), for Bosh.
For a big guy that is skilled and drops 22 ppg to pair with Rose? I would absolutely have to do this, but only if Bosh agrees to an extension beforehand.
If we get creative enough, perhaps we still retain a salary slot for a max contract?
We'll find guys later on who want to join the fun, and can fill our other voids; e.g., at center.

Oh yes, trading away a borderline average center, a career journey man and an unproven #16 pick in one of the so called weakest drafts ever for a legit All Star 4 who fits perfectly with Derrick Rose is just TOO MUCH!

We'll only be a "leading free agent destination next summer", if we prove we are willing to pay to be such. Otherwise....welcome to mediocrity. And if we don't reach that point, I sincerely hope Rose leaves after his rookie contract. Kid deserves to be great.
