Re: Game 1: Kings @ Bulls (7 PM)
Hinrich is straight up broke right now... even when he creates space for himself he isn't looking to shoot... when he does shoot the results have been ugly. 87-83 right now with 35.6 left

Re: Game 1: Kings @ Bulls (7 PM) - W - Bulls 93 Kings 87
93-87 is dangerously close to my 94-86 prediction. Offense looked a little better than I expected, although shooting is definitely a problem. Defense looked much better than I was expecting to start the season, but it did help that Cousins was in foul trouble all game.
1-0! |

Good to see Rip and Jo and Carlos all stepping up to take the scoring burden. Especially, Jo at the line! That's where he can make his hay.
I am excited for this team.

Not a good sign. Another sub 42% shooting performance, barely beat a lazy, dumb and horribly assembled team who begged to be beat.
It took the bulls playing as hard as possible to beat a team playing to lose. Its going to be a long season. |

I struggled to watch that game. We would have to be the most boring, unathletic team in the league.
It's going to be a struggle this year IMO, and that's not a bad thing. |

Deng and Hinrich were very subpar last night... along with our bench.
Hopefully Thibs can find a way to play Taj more than 19 minutes on a regular basis, especially with this extension. |
