Paul Silas
... man, I betcha Silas punched thru a wall when he heard Boozer signed elsewhere (for now). I think Silas really enjoyed the effort and coachability and leadership that Boozer put out on the floor. Losing Boozer has got to just be killin' Silas. Wonder if he approved this little wink-wink agreement??

I don't know if Silas approved of the deal. But there are reports that James knew of the plan and he liked the deal, which is why James has been crushed upon hearing what happened.

I have to think anyone involved with the Cavs is crushed by this. If they were like us on the board, they took Boozer's word, and thought he was going to stand by it and not hang them out to dry.
If anything this might motivate Lebron this summer just a little bit more.

Yeah, he's going to have to go to the boards harder. Maybe this will make him a better rebounder in the long run.
Sometimes guys really break out once they lose their sidekick... who knows.

Yeah, it's gonna motivated LeBron to bullet bounce a pass off
Boozer's freakin' forehead during one of the Olympic practices.......
I know I'd think about doin' it, and then I'd get in his face and call him a backstabbin', lyin', no honor puss.

That's what I really meant.
I know Boozer'll be like "yo it's just business" but if it's me, and I'm Lebron, I take that **** personal. Hell. I'm not Lebron and I'm taking it personal. It's bull****. He ****ed everyone in the Cavs organization just to pad his pocketbook. And it's not like he couldn't have made the money up playing with Lebron. He could have opted out in 3 years and rolled in the money then.

If I were LeBron I tell Larry Brown to stop Boozer from participating in any form on the team.
A greedy ******* doesn't deserve to represent this country.
I hope Tim duncan and Ben Wallace have a word with him or that LeBron just beats the crap out of him and spits on his face.

Other than LeBron, no other Olympic player is gonna be upset with Boozer. They are all of the same mind-set... if you don't take the best offer, than you are a sucker. Duncan, Shaq, Wallace... you name em, they aren't gonna say a single bad word to Booz about this..nada.

Melo will dog Boozer. He's friends with Lebron, and he doesn't like the Jazz anyways.
Aren't Amare and Lebron friends as well? Amare's going to want to give him a taste of what's to come every day in practice.
You know, between possibly Lebron and Boozer, and Marbury and Amare...there could certainly be some tension on that team.

If Silas was not involved in these Gund/Paxon/Boozer talks, I would be VERY ticked off if I were him. Almost to the point of resigning.
