I know about it, it's on the main board. I'm glad. I didn't want Harrington, I'd rather keep Luke Jackson.

Same here. Let's see what Luke can do, tho it would've been better seeing him do it with a certain backstabbing liar on the team...

I'd also rather keep Jackson. Theoretically the Cavs could still be better than they were last year if Lebron's shooting improves and Jackson can shoot. That would open the floor up for Z down low to go to town. And if Boozer is replaced by a defensive oriented rebounder at the 4 who isn't a defensive liability, then the Cavs will be better defensively and probably make up for Boozer on offense with just Jackson and Bron.

I think they should try and get Swift. That would be really exciting. Not sure what Memphis would want though. And with Boozer gone, I wouldnt want to give up Z, per se. Unless I thought Diop was really ready.

Swift is an RFA said to be priced at about the MLE this offseason... the Cavs should offer Swift the full MLE. The Grizzlies can't afford to match after signing Brian Cardinal, and assuming Swift is interested in playing in Cleveland (and since it would mean a significant increase in minutes, you'd think he would be), we should be able to get him. He'd be the long, athletic shotblocking presence inside that the Cavs need.

McInnis/(a real backup PG that we trade for)
James/Jackson/Brown
Jackson/Pavlovic
Swift/Battie
Ilgauskas/Diop

Looks fine to me... that's a team with good youth and good athleticism. They make the playoffs.

Ollie, Newble, and/or Wagner may still be around, but they aren't in my plans. Williams is probably gone. Try to move those guys for a backup PG and maybe another big man.

If we can get Swift, I think I'd be happy with this offseason. Damn you Boozer, Damn you all to hell
