Will the cavs forget about Carloz Boozer this season

Now i no this is mentioned often everywhere, but i want ppl's straight out opinions on gooden filling the loozer's spot. I'm Just interested to see every1's expectations of Gooden this season.

I personally believe most cavs fans will be in for a suprise this season. Gooden is so far leading the league in rpg and rbp over 48 minutes and although its only the pre season its still a great sign. Gooden has been shooting at very high % and although he still has his faults i believe he will be better than boozer was last yr and also that he will have a much better year than boozer will this year in utah.

What do the rest of you think??

If it was a straight switch between Boozer and Gooden, then it's a dissapointment. But since you got everyone else, you make the playoffs in my books. In other words, no

I think Gooden will put up better numbers than Boozer this year. Whatever that means.

I agree, in fact just to go a bit further Gooden has a good shot at being an All Star, while Boozer has no shot whatsoever.

I think the Cavaliers will be able to forget about Boozer... as a fan I already have put it behind me... Gooden is going to be good enough, at least, and the rest of the team is improved a lot. I think this is going to be a significantly better team than last year's.

In one sense, no, the fans won't forget about Boozer... no more than fans forget about Thome, or Manny, or Couch, etc. Every time he comes to the Gund, he will get vigorously booed. Fans will chortle when they see his box score and it is bad.

If you are asking if Gooden can replace what Boozer provided... that seems pretty clearly yes. And management feels so too.

I said Boozer was overrated last year, and he's still overrated. He drove me nuts with his interior defense last year. It was really losing games.
