Silas Rotations

Why does he insist on subbing out all 5 starters at once? Does anyone else notice this?
We have a great 1-2 punch, either Z or Lebron should be on the court at all times and be the focus of the offense.

The bobcats bench murdered our 2nd unit, and Silas can't continue to run our starters into the ground.

He has to get some kind of balance going because we have zero players capable of creating their own shot out of Sasha, Snow, Traylor, Williams, Harris. If he's not going to develop Jackson or play Wagner, the rotations need to be adjusted or we are gonna be in trouble.

That is why I hope that Wagner can prove his worth. Our offense always grinds to a halt when he pulls the first unit. Just leaving one of them would lend to some cohesion, but he's been doing it for 2 years so I guess this is just his M.O.

I agree. These rotations are bizarre. If the Cavaliers were as deep as the Grizzlies, I could understand subbing out entire units and replacing them with whole-new squads. But the Cavaliers lack such depth and Traylor is becoming the "go-to guy" from the 2nd unit. Even if Wagner is cold, I would rather see him taking jumpers than Traylor (who shoots decent for a big man but not as well as other players on the team).

The 2nd unit often watched Traylor go one-on-one. Let's hope Sasha, Wagner or Harris can score more and not let the 2nd unit become so stale.

Silas doesn't have a clue when it comes to concepts of continuity or lineups. Simple as that.

He needs to have atleast two of these 4 players (Bron, Z, Gooden, and Mcinnis) on the floor at all time. This keeps some inside and outside offense on the court. It will also help players like Sasha because they don't have to have a ton of pressure on them when they get their limited minutes. Anyone know Phil Jackson's phone #
