Boozer

What's the word on John Lucas on Carlos Boozer?... The kid has been playin' really well as of late, and getting some more minutes... I totally expected him to be of this potential but is he Lucas "good books"? Can we continue to expect Booz to get the minutes that's he's gettin' from Lucas?... Tell me what's up Cleveland?

I think that he will continue to play as long as he keeps producing. So far he's done a heck of a job and is in fact taking significant minutes away from Hill. When Mihm gets back minutes might be a little harder to come by but I don't see any way that if he keeps putting up big numbers that he will not see big minutes.

You guys are very fortunate to have Boozer...he should have been a mid first round pick at the absolute latest, but the scouts outthought themselves and looked to players with more "upside". I was praying that the Bulls would pick him with their second round pick. The Cavs had one hell of a draft last year.

Why the Lakers didn't pick him up is beyond me. I thought for sure they would. One of their glaring needs is a back-up PF who can score.

So they trade for Rush instead of simply drafting Boozer? I was shocked.

I was shocked when the Bulls passed him up. This was before they knew they were going to sign Marshall, and if Crawford is going to back up Williams, what's the use of drafting Mason?
