Anderson replaces Diop?

Anderson looks pretty darn good out there. He's raw but can block shots, boards, and, unlike Diop, seems to know where to go on offense. Except for the jumper he doesn't have any offensive moves but he seemed to click more then any of our other inside players with Lebron.

I see him replacing Diop this year and Traylor next year as the number 1 guy off the bench.

I frankly think Paxson's done a piss poor job as GM but this Battie for Gooden AND Anderson deal might finally go down as the trade that broke the hex from the Harper/Ferry deal

yeah getting Gooden and Anderson is amazing. I mean Orlando didn't need that many young power forwards, but it's great that Cleveland could get both of them for only Tony Battie.

And I think Anderson has already shown he is better than Diop. He can just flat out play the game better at almost every level.

It actually looks like Tractor is the back-up to Z, and Anderson will be the back-up PF... at least that is how the substitutions looked last night.

Well Anderson is more of a PF anyways but you can place him anywhere or play him along side gooden,z,traylor it really doesnt matter.

I really like what tractor brings off the bench and it seems that Harris is stepping up his game.

But back on Anderson it was just his offense of presence that should get him more time. Cutting to the basket and finishing when lebron saw him. Hitting a 14 foot baseline jumper.

I know it wasnt anything special but he was posting up on his man at the block, with his head up and saw Harris cutting on the other side of the floor and hit him with the pass. Diop could dribble and look up if he had too.

Idunno if anyone else noticed that play but i did. The kid can play let him see some minutes.

You know what looked intriguing to me was when Silas had Varejao and Z in the game together. With Lebron in the game that is a MONSTER front line in terms of size and shot blocking/rebounding.
