Oy, this could be disastrous news. 9 times out of 10, it takes years for a franchise to yield positive team results when they're selling to highest bidders. Unless they sell to someone within the family, LeBron will not be a Cav past his RFA year, if history has taught us anything about selling franchises. Just look at what high bidder selling did to the Nets. Ouch.

Actually the what happened to the Nets was by the previous owner in an effort to make the team more marketable (so that he could sell it for even more money).
