I hope he hires some great people to run this franchise and does whatever is necessary (within reason) to put championship rings on Lebron's fingers and Banners in Cleveland. I think it looks positive right now. Do you all think Paxson will make the cut? How about Silas?

I would think he would wait until the offseason to make any major moves like a new coach or GM. The team is playing well enough that you don't want to do a massive overhaul and upset things.
Well Silas is under a 4 year deal. And paxson even though we have all ripped him has made some great trades in the last year.
His drafting is a different story. Just think of us with Amare Stoudamire at PF and Paul Pierce at Shooting Guard. (or Jamaal Crawford, Corey Mageatte, Caron Butler, and many more...)
Ah well i guess you could say that about any team, I guess we did Steal Big Z with the 18th pick when he was drafted.

Just think of those players without Lebron, because had he drafted those guys, we wouldnt have Lebron.

This is not a good argument: there was absolutely no garunteed that we would have got the first pick. In fact, the Cavs were the first team in a long long time to get the first pick in the draft with the worst overall record. Plenty of examples of working the opposite way: Boston not only had terrible record but also had by far the most ping pong balls/odds for the 1st pick because they had multiple lottery picks all in attempt to get TD. Look where they've been. Although Paxson has somewhat redeemed himself this year with his trades (which haven't been bad) his draft history is miserable
