Diop is actually quite athletic for a guy his size. He moves well just not much of an offensive player. He did have a dunk opportunity in a game recently but he missed. It looked impressive until he hit the back of the rim but he easily could have dunked it.
Cavs drafted him on potential, frankly the guys that were drafted around the time that he was haven't done very much either.
