TV had shots of him courtside last night.... to me, the guy really looked like he had indeed been very sick.... puffy in the face, his color looked a little off... he was smiling sitting next to his buddy Sagana, but he looked very different.

Too bad, the kid has had a bad roll of luck. I can't say I liked the pick then, and there is no way we resign him, but I hope he can salvage some sort of career.... probably as a 10-15 minute per game back-up for a few years.

In fact, I bet Sagana ends up playing longer than Wags, just because of his height....

I had heard the colitis had stripped 50 pounds from Wagner's frame and left him weak. One article said he hasn't had any relapses and his case was a mild one. As bad as Wagner looked, in how you described him, I heard a past desription of Wagner that was even worse. He was at a game but was in a wheelchair. Right now, I think Dajuan can lift weights but can't do anything basketball related (last I heard). Maybe he can be an occasional bench type of guy one day (if he can ever return).

What happened to this guy? Did he have some sort of circulatory problem when he was young?
