I think it's time to put Sasha into the starting lineup. I like Newble but with Snow in the starting lineup it's time get Sasha in there. IMHO, he clearly looks not only like our best SG prospect but I think he is our best guard. It will alleviate a lot of pressure on Snow and get him some playing time with Lebron in the lineup. Plus, considering that there are limited FA PG's, we might need to showcase Sasha: if we do get a FA SG then Sasha may be able to get a SG

My second move would be to have Jiri become the backup to both lebron and Snow. he can play the point since Lebron will handle the ball much and I like Jiri and Snow playing together when Lebron is on the bench. Newble can back up Sasha

Finally, AV needs to replace Traylor as Z's primary backup. Gooden has been our second best player since Z's production has dived a bit. Considering our motionless offense AV and Gooden provide a ton energy and movement.

I agree. All of those guys you mentioned have earned those minutes this week. While Mcinnis, Traylor and Harris have earned places on the bench.

Even though Jiri isn't great, he plays defense, unlike Mcinnis, and he seems to have about as much offense as Mcinnis is giving right now.

Anderson...the Cavs just flat out play better with a Gooden/Verejao front court. How long has it taken to find that out?

And I agree Sasha has proven himself the best guard on the team not named Lebron. And he really gets after it defensively to boot. He makes young mistakes, but the effort and athleticism are there.

The main thing you have to worry about is because these guys are all young is inconsistency, but the way the veterans are finishing, inconsistency is better than consistent crap.

wht's up with Z latelly... he's not playing well offensivelly and is just sucking b*alls on D... a sign and trade deal that would make Andy and Gooden our starting frontcourt is looking more possible now...
