Gilbert said Larry Brown is not coming to work with the organization in any shape, manner or form. However, Gilbert said he wishes Brown the best and has tremendous respect for him. Ferry said excited to be back in Cleveland. He says he wants to develop a culture of winning and get players who not only have talent but character as well.
