Do you guys think that Blake Stepp has any shot of making your roster this year? He's putting up some solid #'s for your Summer league team. I loved this kid coming out of Gonzaga and was pretty shocked when the T-Wolves cut him last year after drafting him in the 2nd round and him having a good showing.

Stepp has a good chance to make the them. He started off sort of slow, or at least slow compared to Gilchrist, who was completely on fire at the beginning of summer league. But the last few games has shown a change of the guard, with Stepp playing well, making key baskets and leading the team. Blake's on the way up, while Gilchrist's stock continues to fall with several extremely poor and forgettable performances.

gilchrist sucks. Blake stepp got ripped at least 2 or 3 times dribbling down court, has ****ty knees , is not athletic , but if u have him open for 3 its as good as down

Yeah sounds like Gilchrist is playing himself out. And Stepp might be the man for the third string point.

I really hope the Cavs can sign Stepp! I was sad after the T Wolves cut him last year too!

Reading the draftexpress recap made me shake my head. Gilchrist tried to get into a battle with Telfair and proceeded to get smoked. If John's worried about one-on-one battles, he's not the type of leader you want at point.

I now see why Gilchrist slipped so far in scouts minds, he's a nut bag.
