What about Charlie Bell?
He's pretty good, and the Bucks have a glut of point guards still. What about Stephen Graham for Charlie Bell?
Bell can shoot the **** out of the ball. If we have both Bell and Damon, surely one of them will always be hot.

Who do the Bucks have besides Williams and Bell? I like your idea for the trade, I just don't think they'd do it, they are actually pretty thin at pg after the trade of Ford. Williams and Bell are probably going to split time I'd think.

Re: What about Charlie Bell?
No way the Bucks trade away what could easily be there starting PG for someone liek Graham. Chris Duhon is a more likely choice.

Re: What about Charlie Bell?
I'd be willing to part with more for Bell, but he makes so little that it's hard to put a deal together. The Bucks would have to send someone with Bell just to match salaries.
It's too bad they traded Ford, I really wanted to make a move for Mo Williams, I think he's a fantastic young point guard, who is flying under the radar.

I feel the same way. Those two young Bucks are ready to explode.

With the Ford deal this one ain't happening. Bell is an ideal sixth man for the Bucks

Bell will end up as the starting point guard by the end of the 2006-2007 season. He's one of the main reasons Larry Harris made the trade with Toronto for Charlie Villanueva.

Re: What about Charlie Bell?
If Bell's going to be the starter, does that mean Mo Williams is available? I'd definitely prefer Mo anyways.

I don't think either are, at least this year. Williams can play both positions. Simmons plays guard sometimes, too, but, he's also a small forward, a position the Bucks were weak with after the Mason-Magloire trade. I think trading either Williams or Bell this year would hurt the team. Next year, with a different coach (I hope), things might be different.
