Never ever did I think I would say this but he might exactly what we need as a 3rd big man off the bench (he's played great for Minnesota lately).
Can shoot the 3, can play on the block. Not a great defender but I'm not too picky with Dwane Jones right now being our 3rd.

His contract is awful but from what I understand we can basically dump his contract in 09 (just like Snow's, Marshall, etc.). Here's more on his contract:

All you need to know is that he was used to aquire Ricky Davis. Someone out there said to themselves that "You know if we trade this guy for Ricky Davis we can improve our team". That tells you EVERYTHING you need to know.

Haha. How's that for a clear opinion.

I don't necessarily agree. He could be an asset at times for this team. He's a veteran who can still score the basketball and pass the ball fairly well.

PS: Come to think of it, we already have an old, slow, 3pt chucking SF/PF in Donyell Marshall...

Pass. A guy like Brian Skinner would have more value on this team than Walker. We need to find a way to pick up a reserve big like that.
