So I'm flipping channels and land on Detroit's blowout of the Suns and Mark Jackson has this to say : "If you're going to beat Detroit it's better be a team like Cleveland which has no business beating them. Otherwise Detroit gets too fired up for teams they get excited to play" (I paraphrased this but that was the gist of it)

WTF does that supposed to mean, moron? We took them to 7 games the year before and we have the best player in the league. This is getting ridiculous on top of the stupid trade talk from supposed experts like Chad Ford: these guys don't even understand the salary cap and the importance of expiring deals and call out Ferry for the Wallace/Hughes trade being our final hope. It seems all everyone knows is that if Cleveland does something it's either lucky or crazy roll of the dice move. Worst of all most of these guys don't take any responsibility for there incompetence.. At least, a guy like Bill Simmons puts a touch of humor on it and admits mistakes. I guess I shouldn't complain too much our own Branson Wright can't keep his head out of his ***.

I'm continually amazed at how people who played in the NBA can appear to know so little about the game of basketball. I guess that's why appeal to authority is a logical fallacy, but seriously it's scary some of the stupid things that come out of these guys' mouths.

i love the national media hating on us...everyone thinks we suck and cant beat anyone...o wait we have beaten boston twice already this season...this team is just as good if not better as it was last year when it finished 2nd in the whole NBA...people can say whatever they want but with LeBron James you have a chance to win every game...it will be fun to watch LeBron shut a bunch of people up (at least for a little while) AGAIN this year...
