Today LeBron responded, once and for all I got the impression, to DeShawn Stevenson. First, he said he doesn’t need the trash to motivate him. Second, his disputed Stevenson’s remarks about a personal attack. With Drew Gooden being the mole. And by the way, I don’t think LeBron is thrilled with Drew right now, he came to the locker room last week in Chicago and I did not see them make eye contact.

It's so funny because he sucked on offense, and his defense which was supposed to be his thing, let Lebron have clear paths to the basket when the game mattered.

I was happy with how Lebron responded in this game. He didn't force the issue against Stevenson and looked to setup his teammates early, and then did his thing to keep us competitive in our awful 3rd qtr's and finished the game strong.

You shouldn't be worried; the crowd already pissed him off with the overrated chants, even if he might say that it didn't and just laughed it off. He's out to prove something to the Wizards fans now.

Rough road ahead for Cleveland Cavaliers in D.C

James vs. Stevenson: Following Game 3, LeBron James said there was no rivalry between himself and DeShawn Stevenson. Stevenson, however, said otherwise.

"Obviously there is [a rivalry] if you're doing my moves," Stevenson said. "Obviously he's worried about us. The only thing we're going to do is play basketball."

The playoffs have become so intense Stevenson does not leave his hotel room in Cleveland until game time.

"I don't go out of my room in Cleveland, but I did one time and this [clerk from] FootLocker got mad at me," Stevenson said. "It's pretty tough there."

You have to love it. The talking still seems very much one-sided and the quote machine never ceases to amaze.

LeBron goes West, Cavs go home up 3-1

– After the game, LeBron said DeShawn Stevenson hit him with a closed fist on the flagrant foul in the first half. I have since seen some photos that support that but it was not clear. Also, he seemed to go for the ball. I suspect the Cavs will push hard to have him to have the foul upgraded but it probably won’t happen. Here is the thing, people who know DeShawn have told me they think he’s crazy enough to attempt to go head hunting for LeBron in Game 5 if he thinks it is over just because of how personal this has all gotten. We’ll see.

If Stevenson is willing to deliver a final flagrant foul during his way out the door, then he is a coward. It's not manly.
