Re: Official 2009 Recruiting Thread
Keith Nichol is transferring from Oklahoma. This is not a huge surprise. Look for him to end up with Michigan State.

Yeah he should have gone there to begin with. I thought he was going to be the Sam Bradford before Sam Bradford decided to be the Sam Bradford...

Bingo. He would be starting more than likely instead of Hoyer, and with little resistance. '09 commit Andrew Maxwell should give him a great battle for the position soon.

Right, I'd hope he'd beat out Hoyer.

No. He's only 5'6"-5'7", so nobody has offered yet. He'll definitely get one sooner or later just because of his speed.

Also read about his performance at the State College Nike camp. Supposedly he was the hardest to guard because of his ability to run routes and his speed. After watching his film he looks like a great Running back prospect but durability would be a question. He may have the best homerun potential in this class. Will need to add some major weight though.

Re: Official 2009 Recruiting Thread
bball, have you heard anything about Calabrese and a possible impending decision? Latest article on rivals from the big time showcase says he might decide soon, which was a surprise to everyone on the RU board, to say the least. The general thought was that he was going to take all of his official visits before deciding.
