Re: BCS Standings
I don't think Stanford can move the ball well enough to destroy anyone. And let's not mess around, it's gonna be 8-5 Wisconsin in the Rose Bowl to make the B1G look as shitty as possible.

Re: BCS Standings
if texas wins out and ou loses to osu, texas wins the big 12. would be pretty funny after getting absolutely destroyed by ou.

Re: BCS Standings
Whoever wins the MAC championship game between Northern Illinois and Kent State could crash the BCS if they can get to #16 next week. Kent State has the best shot at #17 right now, Northern Illinois is #21. The Big East champ is going to be a team that is currently unranked. Louisville, Rutgers, and even Syracuse are still in it depending on tiebreaker scenarios.
I read something that said if the MAC crashes the BCS, the Sugar Bowl would probably take the Big East champ. The last time an SEC team played a Big East team in a BCS game...Tim Tebow threw for almost 500 yards.

Re: BCS Standings
Really rooting for Kent State and Stanford. A UCLA loss and a Kent State win almost assures them of a BCS bid. Would be good for the MAC to get some BCS representation.

Re: BCS Standings
I really cant wait till the playoff. BCS rankings are all about when you lose in a season and its lame
Oregon vs. Notre Dame should be the title game

Re: BCS Standings
I'm cheering for Northern Illinois. They are better than Kent State and coached by former Wisconsin assistant Dave Doeren. I think they have a shot at crashing too.

Re: BCS Standings
I think there would be as many as four co-champions. If Louisville and Cincy win, then those two plus Syracuse and Rutgers would all end up with a share of the title. In the eyes of the BCS, Louisville would probably end up with the highest BCS ranking and get the bid.

Win, it's probably FSU/Kent State in the Orange Bowl. Lose, good chance it's FSU/LSU in the Chick-fil-A Bowl. |
