For long overdue changes to coaching staff on offense. OC and OL coaches specifically. Beamer always had the 10 win seasons, ACC title excuses to keep his best friends around. Struggling season now we fell off the table. Getting bowl eligible leaves room in his old mind to point, say how they "fought to do it, finished the yr strong, let's build off it" and make no changes.

I have no qualms doing it if it means they do something. I don't give a shit if it makes me a horrible fan.

Nah, Clemson kicked our ass.


Meh. I've had a problem with our offense for 6-7 yrs even while winning ACC titles. It was stuck in 90s til few yrs ago with Taylor's 2nd season. They started implementing spread then and got little bit more creative. But it's not enough. They also don't recruit or coach well on OL. Trying to run multi sets of pro, spread, pistol, the way they do it, it just looks so stagnant and boring. Routes look uncreative, no spacing. And it's not winning football games anymore. Now, we're 5-7.


I don't expect us contenders every yr but we lose too many games to top OOC teams - that prevented us from being in the title race. Then go on to win 10-11 games and we look awful in Bowls.

I think people have lost perspective that they are down scholarships. Lane never should have been hired and is over his head at such a high level, but I don't think this is really his fault. I don't think the team is undefeated or even 11-1 if Saban, for example, is coach.

This Clemson/NC State game is insane. Tajh Boyd has 8 TD and it's still the 3rd quarter!

The Ole Miss defense that played pretty well for 3 quarters looks like it's getting worn out by LSU's power running game. LSU just tied the game at 28 on a TD and 2 pt converison pass to Hill.
