The only argument that can be made is that USC should have had more institutional control, over esnuring there athletes don't get gifts... but this is NOT A BOOSTER. Major difference.
Ultimately, the NCAA can do very little about controlling agents. Only the NBA could do something, and that is to decertify agents who do this,

Ya, this post was posted (as were a lot of the posts) less than 48 hours after the story broke. The facts weren't in, and of course, we assumed the worse, especially with USC involved. At this point, we know what happened, and we know who was (runners, agencies, etc.) / wasn't (USC) involved. Because of that, I don't know about the "sheer... stupidity" comment.
btw, you need to come around more often so you can straighten us out faster.
