Lets continue discussion on how to get more activity around the board. Lots of good ideas thrown around yesterday. Was nice to see everyone come together and try to get some life pumping back in here.

Anyways,

just checked on the Pacers facebook page and the link is still on the top of their page so that's good. Would be nice if we could gauge if we're getting anything out of that or not. I never paid attention to how many guests we used to have lurking at any given time on here.

Yes, really, R-Star. You do not get to sling insults at Ron or the other staff members.

Discussing the forum in the allotted section is not slinging insults EH.

You can bring the post back up if you want, there was no insult in it.

I'll state it again. This forum has a tendency to be run with an iron fist as soon as anyone challenges what yourself or Ron are doing.

Go read your own rules, nothing said in this post is against guidelines.

Didn't see insults thrown anywhere in that thread. Just an honest opinion that happens to be the truth. Truth hurts.

Can't believe I've been agreeing with R-Star so much lately. Must be some weird alignment in the stars.

Have you guys ever tried a referral program? I'd imagine you have. It would probably only work for newer members though. Whoever recruits the most active members (because it's easy to have someone just sign up) win some type of prize. Just a random idea.

What about posting the link to this forum on ESPN.com and NBA.com in comment sections?

And yea, if you look at the infraction EH, you conveniently left off the "offensive" part and just infracted what you've left of the original post. So again, pretty clear what you're trying to do here, but at this point I doubt anyones buying it.

No, what I did was remove the offending material about another staff membet, the way we're supposed to and then assess the infraction.
