Sports thoughts
I'll post random thoughts about any sport in this thread, feel free to add what comes through your mind too.
I'm so depressed with the Mavs right now, I can hardly put it into words. They have shown glimpses of great basketball since the trade and they had stretches of some of the worst basketball I have ever seen. Oddly enough one of those pathetic displays happened in the last game against the Hornets when you would think that they would at least battle and keep it somewhat close. None of that.
At least I can cope with it better because the last two playoff appearances have ended even more painful. That fourth quarter in game 3 in the Finals must have doomed this team, it seems like they could never recover from this loss.

Re: Sports thoughts
I enjoy watching Manu Ginobili play but honestly it kills me that not one person in the NBA realizes he is left handed.

I was reading a German basketball mag yesterday, they interviewed him and he said that he can back up it with stats that he is going a lot more to the right side now. Your post in the playoff forum immediately came through my mind
He has improved going to his right, but like you said you should always force someone to his weak side.

Re: Sports thoughts
So I'm watching the NFL Draft right now instead of the NBA playoffs. I still like basketball a lot more, but didn't think it was possible that I'll ever get into football before this year.

I'm wondering about that as well.

You're all missing out on Detroit-Colorado right now.

4-1 Detroit in the 3rd. Its a blowout. Montreal vs Philly tonight. You're going to miss a good game.

Re: Sports thoughts
I like playing NHL though, but I fall asleep when I'm trying to watch a real game.
