The NBA has supposedly seen to that, agreeing with the Players Association in collective bargaining to institute a new rule that limits entrance to the league to players who are 19 years old or, in the case of U.S. prep stars, have been out of high school for a year.
But there is a loophole. The NBA's Developmental League minimum age will be lowered from 20 to 18.

I not saying that in a negative way, I'm just saying, 'How many people know who was the No. 1 college baseball team in the country. Who was the college player of the year?'"
That's one nightmare scenario no one in college basketball wants to face.
