Roanoke, Va., February 27 - The top scoring team in the NBA Development League will take on the top overall team in a pair of pivotal games this Tuesday and Wednesday when the Roanoke Dazzle host the Fort Worth Flyers at the Roanoke Civic Center. The start time for both games is set for 7:00 p.m.

Both teams enter the game with impressive win streaks on the line. The Flyers currently ride a five game win streak, while the Dazzle carry a four game win streak, which is their longest of the season.

"If you look at how both teams have played over the past two weeks, we are probably the two hottest teams in the league right now." said Dazzle Head Coach Kent Davison. "We want to continue to improve and have a lot of fans out to cheer us on."

The Dazzle head into the game leading the D-League in scoring at 107.9 points per game, behind three of the top-ten scorers in the league. The Dazzle backcourt combo of Will Bynum, 24.3 points per game, and Anthony Grundy, 22.6 points per game, rank first and second in the league respectively, while forward Isiah Victor ranks ninth at 17.0 points per game.

The Flyers, who are currently in first-place overall in the D-League, rank just sixth in scoring, putting up 97.3 points per game. They counter the Dazzle's offensive prowess by being the D-League's best defensive team, allowing just 93.6 points per game.

Tuesday night's game is "Guaranteed Win Night" for the Dazzle. The Dazzle guarantee a win or all ticket holders to Tuesdays game receive a coupon for a free ticket to Wednesday's game.

Tickets for Dazzle games are available at the Roanoke Civic Center Box Office or at www.tickets.com. Children age 12 and under and seniors age 55 and over are just $7.50, while adult tickets are $10 and $16.50. The NBA Development League includes the Albuquerque Thunderbirds (N.M.), Arkansas RimRockers (Little Rock), Austin Toros (Texas), Fayetteville Patriots (N.C.), Florida Flame (Ft. Myers), Fort Worth Flyers (Texas), Roanoke Dazzle (Va.) and Tulsa 66ers (Okla.).

The D-League offers players the opportunity to develop their talent in a highly competitive atmosphere under the NBA's umbrella. Thirty-eight (38) players have been called up to the NBA on 56 separate occasions. Eleven (11) former D-League coaches, six athletic trainers, 14 referees and 30 front office executives have also been called up since the start of the league's inaugural season in November 2001.
