Tulsa 66ers Individual Tickets On Sale Now

TULSA, Okla., October 18, 2006 - The Tulsa 66ers announced today that individual game tickets are on sale now for the 2006-07 season. The sale provides fans their first opportunity to purchase a single game ticket for the 66ers sophomore NBA Development League season.

A limited number of seats are still available for the 24-game home schedule including the 66ers Opening Night game, set to tip off on Friday, November 24 at 7 p.m. against the rival Arkansas RimRockers.

"Our ticket campaign has successfully driven ticket sales above and beyond. Tulsa displayed an exciting interest in NBA Development League basketball last season," said team president Joe Berry. "This second season is another perfect opportunity for fans to experience a professional level of sports and a chance to support another exciting season of Tulsa 66ers basketball."

Starting today, 66ers tickets will be available at the Expo Square Pavilion Box Office, located at the southwest corner of the Tulsa Fairgrounds. Tickets can also be purchased by calling (918) 376-6000 or online at tulsa66ers.com.

Along with exciting hoop action on the court, the 66ers have put together an attractive promotional schedule. Basketball fans on hand for the Nov. 24 home opener will receive a 2006-07 commemorative poster courtesy of local artist (name?). On Opening Night, 66ers fans will also enjoy exciting youth-oriented interactive games and various surprises throughout the evening.

Families looking for a great night out can enjoy exciting promotions and giveaways geared to family entertainment including the Faith & Family Days (Dec. 16 and Feb. 10), Turn Back the Clock to 1966 (Jan. 13), Military Night (March 9) and Fan Appreciation Night (April 6).

This season, the Tulsa 66ers are introducing a unique and much-anticipated promotion; the Year of the Uniform. Throughout the season, the 66ers will be giving away pieces of a complete uniform. Collector's can receive a jersey (Dec. 2), bag (Jan. 5), ball (Feb. 10), and shorts (March 31) for the complete set.
