Re: Predict stats/lineup!
He was avg near 2 this season and didn't start until halfway through the season, where he started getting more minutes. He's still young and is getting better. I put 3 as a max, that he can get 3 a game, but what I am expecting from him is around 2.3-2.6 a game.

It all depends on his conditioning.

It's hard to get better at blocking. Where you're at is pretty much where your at, so I think he'll stay at about this level.

Re: Predict stats/lineup!
C: DeSagana Diop
7.5 PPG (that's me hoping Hakeem's camp paid off), 1.8 BPG, .6 SPG, 1 APG, 5.9 RPG
PF: Dirk Nowitzki
23.6 PPG (down quite a bit, I expect Josh and Jason to take on a bigger chunk of the point total), 1.1 BPG, .9 SPG, 4.6 APG, 10.1 RPG
SF: Josh Howard
16.1 PPG, .9 BPG, 1.9 SPG, 3.2 APG, 7.8 RPG
SG: Jason Terry
17.9 PPG, .1 BPG, 1.8 SPG, 3.4 APG, 3.7 RPG
PG: Devin Harris
11.1 PPG, .2 BPG, 1.3 SPG, 5.1 APG, 2.5 RPG
I think that's probably what's going to happen realistically (I want Buck in the starting lineup, don't think it's gonna happen though). That would give us a starting lineup with accumalitive stats of:
75.2 PPG (up a ton from last season's Diop-Dirk-JHo-Griff-JET starting lineup, 66.2 PPG, but I think we can expect this; Stack, 13 PPG, is going to have a much-reduced role come next season and JHo's going to get better. Also, Harris has much more of an offensive game than Griff did)
4.1 BPG (up from last season's Diop-Dirk-JHo-Griff-JET starting lineup, 3.07 BPG; JHo surprised me with his shot-blocking ability in the playoffs, and Diop's only going to get better at his age)
6.5 SPG (up from last season's Diop-Dirk-JHo-Griff-JET starting lineup, 4.95 SPG; JHo surprised me with his stealing ability in the playoffs as well, as did Devin)
17.3 APG (up a ton from last season's Diop-Dirk-JHo-Griff-JET starting lineup, 10.5 APG; this can be attributed to Holger's work this summer, the insertion of a true point guard into the lineup, and JET's playmaking abilities, which I expect to be much improved next season; he and Devin will probably both be guards rather than one being point guard and the other shooting guard)
30 RPG (up from last season's Diop-Dirk-JHo-Griff-JET starting lineup, 26.3 APG; no specific reason, I just think our squad as a whole should and will focus a bit more on rebounding this season, seeing as the team we lost a series to during the playoffs was the only team that outrebounded us)

Re: Predict stats/lineup!
You really think Dirk's points are gonna drop that drastically? I think we will be feeding the ball more to Dirk now that he has started to develop that low post game.

Re: Predict stats/lineup!
I know we'll be feeding him the ball down low more. But I don't expect him to take many threes this season because of that. 3s are worth more points than 2s in case you didn't know. For that reason, and the fact that all 4 other members of the starting lineup are still young and improving, I do expect Dirk's scoring average to go down 3-4 points, which is where I listed him.

Re: Predict stats/lineup!
Dre, it is hard to get better at blocking..
But, I am hoping Diop gets a better understanding of the game, more respect from the referees, more playing time and the smarts to know when it is a pump fake (etc etc).
Whilst he may still be the samed shot blocker, he may be more well-rounded
