I guess the wildcard is that I work for a GM dealership, and emotion comes into play (which is a no-no).
That's the "WTF" part.

Picked up several hundred shares of CMGI today after their reverse stock split.
The price seems to have stabled a bit, so I pulled the trigger at $10.139. I'll probably ride it for the next 2 quarters.
Now I have 2 beaten down tech stocks.....

Just realized that the earnings are coming out after the bell today, so sold the shares at $10.4501.
LOL... I guess that's a whopping 2% gain or roughly a hundred bucks. I am just not too confident about their earning for this quarter after their disappointing past quarter. Will likely buy the shares back after the earning.
Walking away with a little gain is better than losing money... like my mama always tells me.

OOPS! That was a mistake. CMGI came out with a nice earning and is currently up 20%.....

Just picked up a bunch of AMR, DELL, EBAY and HD for the core of my portfolio, so now I am back to 15% liquid...
I am REALLY REALLY REALLY hoping the "Santa rally" comes around this year.

Nice picks so far.
I experimented with MSN Caps this morning, and did a little better than break even.
Here's the game: Caps shows what investers rate as bullish, and I try to catch a wave.
