Under Avery Johnson, the ups and downs are minimal, and the team continues to pull out wins even during the lows.

There is no EGO on the team, so there won't be storyline like TO of the Cowboys on the horizon.

Cuban can't talk about the NBA anymore.

The players aren't going to bars and getting in trouble.... at least CURRENT players.

Honestly, people having NOTHING to say about the mavs... The only time ESPN, or any other media, ever mentions about Dallas is.... "Dallas continues to win in blah blah blah."

Literally, mavericks news are covered in like 5 seconds!

Where is the drama?

Where is the trade rumor?

We are "fueled by the hate," but we need MORE hate! LOL...

Houston fans can still talk about possible trades with the deadline coming up. Of course, Yao's return is right around the corner too.

Spurs fan can talk about how the team is settling for jump shots. (You know the cliche: you live by the jump shots, and you die by them.)

Suns fan can talk about the depth of the team. I don't think it's the depth since they are quite stacked with talent on the bench. Whether or not these players fit in is a totally different issue. D'Antoni needs to figure out a 9-men rotation....

Jazz fans can talk about the underachieving AK47 this season, the injury to Boozer, etc...

It sucks not getting all the media attention that we deserve, but at the same time, it doesn't bother me THAT bad.
I don't mind coasting through without a big story or controversy.

weve become boring which is a great thing...How boring was Detroit and SA? besides rooting for record breaking streaks? I dont even have anything negative to say about Dirk...I miss most games and switch the channel alot until the 4th...I actually pay attention to the role players on our team...its weird...but I like it...

I'd rather we just focus on winning than anything else. Controversy never helps. What was the last controversial team to win a title? The Lakers like 4 years ago.

true story: my baby mamas brother saw JHo. at a strip club less then an hour after a game back in december. He was still in uniform except he had flip flops on...
