ill keep it as simple as possible: when it comes to love you want to be a volume shooter because the ball doesn't go in as much as people would like to pretend it does...oh, and just like in horse don't waste your time on any 1 shot too much...don't take too many shots early in the clock or you'll be playing a lot of defense, dribble a little and you'll have nothing but easy lay ups(its surprising how many easy lay ups get blown ain't it?)

dont get mad if the coach benches you for a while...hes just resting you for the 4th quarter...

always wear a cup...while it does slow down your speed and timing it keeps you from having too many players on the court...

make sure you practice a lot on your own...nothing sucks more then being in the game and not knowing any plays...
