Noted NBA economics observer Dan Rosenbaum (a bbb.net poster too) has estimated that the 2005-2006 cap will be 51 million and that the 2006-2007 cap will drop to 49.4 million.

Very. Simply put, teams have hired him as a consultant. He is an economics professor at UNC-Greensboro and has written extensively on this topic
