Yes, the Nuggets have their full MLE and it can be split up into as many players as they want as long as their combined salaries for this season don't excede the amount of the MLE.
On a side note, considering that no teams appears to want Spree, if Kiki give Spree anything over the vets minimum, then he should be fired on the spot.
