I actually think that the pick from Orlando for Jameer Nelson WAS the one that we used to get Hodge...either he or Kleiza.

With Vo out tonight, I hope he gets some burn. I mean, either we get blown out or we win, but give him 3 or 4 minutes tonight, Scottie.

Oh, by the way, I was playingi NBA 2K5 last night (yes, the old one) on xbox, and I created Linas and Julius. Julius has scored 13 points in two games of 5 minute quarters...the Xbox never lies!

Ive dropped over 100 points in a game with Wilt Chamberlain (who I love sooo much more than Shaq). Btw, ive scored over 100 points with myself in nba live (several versions I do have the new one EA sports Live 06 and Nba "The life" by sony.

So i guess I should be running the nuggets offense. Of course in the game I list @ 6'9, so I guess somebody should tell god he needs to make me taller too (Id hate to think Xbox (actually PS2) lies.

i use PS2 and creating players is easy, its been basically the same on all games (computer and PS) since it all came out in 96. I still love that game. NBA LIVE 96. I was 6'9 then too. I guess I never have grown since i was 13.

In video games I like having a height speed and strength advantage. Which is why I play with Chamberlain. My god I've watched old footage too. He is without doubt the best Center of all time (thats right Shaq, and he got more action than anyone else ever has).

Seems like I'm the only one here that likes to play NBA LIVE.

Why does everybody like NBA 2K5 so much ? I admit it looks pretty neat. The players look more real like. I've seen some of the demos of the game as well. However I was never blown away by it. What makes this the basketball game of choice for you ?

I play live for one reason. I like the player controls. When I'm playing with Gasol I have his reptoire of "shots" and when Im playing with Josh Smith I can actually dunk over people. I can spin and cross people over with ease in the game and have been playing live since the beginning on super nintendo actually. Back then the players were a lot slower moving on the screen and there was only a one hand dunk and a two hand dunk "like a shaq attack dunk, but way before shaq was in the league" My favorite player in the game was actually Isiah Thomas, because he moved faster than the other guys

I think just one other edition last year. Maybe 2003 2004 and 2005.

I like ESPN 2K5 because it cost me $14 at SecondSpin, used game store.

I really like to do the GMing' stuff and there really isn't as much on there as there is with EA sports games. I am a big time Madden player and love their formats of past.

I was actually sick on XBOX LIVE, I played online with two of my roommates that totally ruined my game! I think I was like 30-8 and my roommates played drunk all the time and just flat out horrible sober and were like 25-70 or something horrible. I should have opened my own account and dominated!

But back to BBall. I will have to venture out on the Net to find secrets of ESPN 2k5, because nobody on here is helping me out!!!!

Never play online. I like being a GM on NBA Live. And drafting/trading/ making great teams. Right now for the Nuggets I have Jason Kidd at PG, Amare Stoudamire at PF, Carmelo at SF, and Vince Carter at SG. This team is straight balling.
