| Successful Scenario | Due to Denver and Boston being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Denver and Boston had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
I'm not advocating this deal. I'm just trying to show one example of a trade I knew would work. In this situation you still have three point guards, with Watson starting. Davis fills in the two guard role. A controversial trade I know, but I like him a lot more now. And a player that i am high on....perkins.
