anyways guys, i was wondering if ur team is planning to keep earl watson or trade him. i realize u guys already have andre miller playing the majority of the minutes and the sonics need a good backup as the pg. i was wondering what you guys would think of having ronald murray, vitaly potapenko, and perhaps a 2nd round pick for earl watson. murray is an offensive minded shooting guard that can score at will. vitaly is a servicable bigman that can help with your lack of bigmen. would u guys do the trade?

No. Watson is currently our starting SG and provides a 3 point threat. Murray has no three point shot and has to have too much ball-time to be a scorer and is still inconsistent. Vitaly wouldn't be of much use to us, even with the injuries.

By the way, if i was going to deal Watson to the sonics it would have to include Radmanovic. I think Radman and Vitaly for Watson and filler would get it done.

yeh, but couldnt murray be ur starting SG? how about reggie and potapenko for watson? i dono if reggie would or would not veto the trade as he is not getting any PT anyways. reggie is a monster on the boards for u guys. and i thought management wanted to get rid of watson or something.. isnt starting watson a possiblity of showcasing him?

We don't need Reggie Evans if Kenyon continues to get healthy and play great ball for us. However IMO Watson isn't the long term solution for the Nuggets SG position. Right now keep in mind Watson is playing well for the Nuggets. So the Nuggets are not going to trade Watson for just anybody. Flip has game, but he doesn't give us a consistent outside shooter.

k thx for all the responses. i got another question; would u say watson is still a great defensive player?
also wouldnt management consider a line-up of puttin reggie at PF and Kenyon at C? that would be a great line-up IMO.
besides ur opinion guys do u think the denver front office would ever do a deal with the sonics? cus there are tons of rumors surrounding the 2 teams.
