Obviously by dishing Rubes to the Bucks it frees up minutes for guys already on the roster. Kleiza and Diawara need time to play the nucleus of the team is young...
Melo 22
Nene 23
Diawara 20 something
Kleiza 20 something
JR 21
So these young guys need time to mesh. Once again the team needs to mesh. The only problem is the best defensive player and rebounder is 33...(Camby) and Miller isn't getting any younger.
May as well trade Camby now and try to build for the future.

Thats why I was thinking trade camby the first time he successfully came back from injury for us. Then we gave him that big contract and brought in martin... and I knew we were going to have an injury riddled front line. But we had Nene so I wasnt overly concerned. Now all three have injury riddled pasts.
You cant trade Camby until Nene comes in and plays like we expect him too. When guys get into there 30s they generally lose some of their athleticism and put on bulk. Doesnt seem to be the case with camby his prime could extend well into his mid 30s. So I dont think you have to trade him at this point. Personally based on his past at some point you have to start looking at deals, but that could be 2 or 3 years down the road.
I had been thinking for some time though that guys like Dre and Camby wont be on this team in a few years when they are winning titles with Melo
