The Denver Nuggets will hold open tryouts for their summer league team on June 28 at 9 a.m. in the Pepsi Center parking lot. Three players will be selected to participate in the Nuggets Rookie/Free Agent Camp July 9-12 and one of those players will make the Nuggets summer league roster and play with the team in Los Angeles July 13-17.

lol, if I lived in Denver I would go out there to play just for fun! Well if I was 18 anyways! But seriously, it is a great oppurtunity for these young ballaz, maybe you'll find a guy like Alston, that Kimmy KIng dude started at the open camp last summer and he actually made the team! up in there, them ballaz are known for going to these things, a lot of teams dont even hold open tryouts, and i think it's a shame

It is one big publicity stunt. If they strike gold then great if not, then it is a great pr move. So basically it is win/win for the Nugz.

Ettore Messina, one of the best italian trainer of ever will coach the Nuggets in the summer league in Los Angeles between july 13th and 17th.



In the same time Denver's Jeff Bzdelik will coach the Benetton Treviso in the Treviso's summer league here in Italy.
