Question about Nene
Just wondering, I know about his Knee injury last year, but what other injuries are responsible for his lost time in prior seasons?

Re: Question about Nene
Hmmm...honestly, I think it's always been that knee. He had ACL replacement last year, and he's doing well. Other than that, IFRC, it's only been minor bumps and bruises.
Dude is a beast!

Re: Question about Nene
He could do denver a lot, but atm i think he can do better with another team so if we trade him with portland and Philly then we could end up with the top 2 scorers in the league in the same team

No, Thomas and his guys weren't the only ones in the wrong Saturday. The Nuggets have their own issues. But when it was over, at least they weren't crying, at least they weren't punking.
It's all gone in New York now – the pride, the respect, the dignity. This isn't just a bad team; this is a bad act. A once proud franchise and fan base brought to its knees as its pathetic coach makes excuses and whines for mercy.

Re: Question about Nene
As we found out this season, he's one of those guys that you can't rush back. He's not getting near a basketball unless he's 100%. He'll be Eastern Conference All Star level talent soon, right now he's just starting to trust his body again. I wouldn't be too worried about him if this a fantasy question or something.

Re: Question about Nene
Hehe, gotcha. Like I said, he's no iron man, he'll be one of those guys who plays around 70 games every year, and you look at his stats at the end of the seaso nand wonder when he missed 12-15 games. Worth it in my opinion, I'm all for keeping him in town as long as it doesn't look like AI would be heading to MN.

Re: Question about Nene
Report in Portland didn't make sense, but said that the Deal on the table had Joe Smith and a 1st going to Portland, Magloire to Philly...Reporter didn't offer any other details.
Of course this was teh same reporter who annonced the hiring of Mark Iavaroni as Head coach of the Blazers...who actually hired Nate McMillan.

Re: Question about Nene
I believe in the past he had trouble with his knee and his back. Those injuries weren't major though.
He is carrying too much bulk. The staff had him bulk up so he can play center, even though he is at his best 20-25 lbs. lighter.
