no offense to diawara, but a superior player is on the market this summer still unsigned. Ime Udoka is really a player denver would have loved to sign last year and get the production the blazers obviously saw.
the nuggets still need three point shooting and perimeter D. certainly the rest of the MLE on Udoka would be a nice improvement over players like diawara and trying to play guys like kleiza out of position.
Udoka could make a big impact on a team such as the nuggets. kinda similar to how raja bell came on later in his career. this brings me back to the summer i said sign raja to the full mle... which would have been awesome if we did. give udoka part of it......

I heard from a buddy that their is a minor league team project that allows your average fan to be a part owner. Basically you buy a share and you get to vote on basketball operations. I guess this includes the coach, players and all the other stuff. The website is currently guaging interest in the IBL. It isn't the pros but it still is basketball. Sounds better than running some pointless fantasy team.

I can't recall if he played overseas...but he did play C in college. Undersized, but effective.

I think with offenses focusing on AI and Melo and Nene, Diawara could get some open looks. If he could hit the 3 consistently, he'll get some PT and show that he's decent.

Otherwise he'll be a 12th man.
