I read an anticle that said that the Nuggets should sign
Arenas for 7 million, Miller for 5,5 million and Nesterovic for 5 million.

I think that 7 for Arenas is too much, I think he will sign for 6 or 6,5 million because the market, the other sign I like it.

I simulate that salaries with 10% raise every year, the contract would be 5 years long and the fifth year a team option.

I think that we should resign Harvey for two year at 1 million
If it happens the Nuggets roster would be:

PG Miller Harrington
SG Arenas White Yarbrough
SF Anthony Harvey Bowen
PF Hilario Tskitishvilli Anderson
C Rasho Camby

The most important thing, the Salary would be 38,02 million next season.

For the 2004/2005 season the Nuggets would only have 10 players (all the above less Camby, Bowen and Anderson), and a total of 33,7 million in commitmented, 8 million under the Cap, if the cap don´t raise.

The roster would be:
1st round draft pick, and a Good or two FA agents.

The Nuggets future is really bright, if this summer they do the right thing. I think Kiki is a really smart guy, and he will strike gold in the next two summers.

you wont get ANY of those guys for those amounts. arenas needs AT LEAST 7-8. miller will goto utah for more than 5 or 6 and nesto will get at least 6 from minny.

id MUCH prefer arenas and mags...save the rest for 2004 (we will be players again).

Best case scenario, but least likely is get wayde somehow, and sign kandi and arenas. Wade/arenas in the backcourt would be great. Super athletic, extremely quick, and god shooters as well as slashers. Also it saves us form signing maggette.

Seond case scenario, sign arenas/ kandi/ Speedy claxton.

With white at two, you NEED another 2, so speedy can fill in point during games, and arenas can move over to two. Another very quick and athletic backcourt.

Third,

Sign maggette and arenas. Trade for sopho in draft, and sign zo for two years. Sopho can develop while mourning fills it in, and in two years when sopho is ready to take over we have a great backcourt as well as forntcourt.

The Nuggets won´t overpaid, So I think that the max they will offer to Arenas is 7.
I agree on Miller tough, But I believe in Kiki relantions with the players.
Nesterovic ideia was for an article I read, but I agree with you.


And I think that they shouldn´t sign Kandi because he doesn´t like basket and that always a bad sign.
